I attended both Portland Community College and Southern Oregon State College (now Southern Oregon University) in the 1970s, graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 1978.

I've worked in private industry, owning and operating a company that provides tax and accounting services for a variety of industries.

Prior history includes working for companies in manufacturing, retail, wholesale, real estate, rising to the level of Chief Financial Officer for a 270+ million sales company.
